My broken hearted admiration.

Two days ago D'artagnan, who was once called by the name of Stinky passed away. So this post is his eulogy. Here he will be remembered, not as a rat, not as a pest, not as a mere rodent, but a loving hamster, and good friend. I recall the day when fate united us.
Browsing the windows of a neon lit animal matrix, somewhere between the snakes and weasels I found your cell. I saw you curled up on a pile of shredded egg cartons, alone, empty, hurting. Your torn ear caught my attention. Your age and appearance had made you undesirable to others, but it only made you more beautiful to me. I sprung you from your penitentiary that day. I saved you from your nightmare, and then... you saved me from mine.
Your life was like a bottle of love, and you filled me up with your last drop. My memory and love for you will everlast. Goodbye friend...
(P.S. D'artagnan is a hamster.)

We all loved the hamster to some degree. But I think you are exaggerating when you say he saved you from your nightmare. Plus, you seem quite happy with your new hamster named "Fifi" :D
I'll probably miss our old hamster more than you will.
Peace.

heres to the blogging nation...

i salute you time wasters, keep on rambling about pointless facts, keep on reading about that billy bob guy that you never met, and dont forget to add him to your "best friends" list, he might get insulted if you don't, and when you adress him, you had better use his "blog" name alius Brad Hunk Pitt aka Neorpheus-Holy-Trinity aka I'm single. i encourage you to spend that extra hour online and neglect the extra word time, skip out on spending time with your Family. Blogging is what really counts in life, its a way of opening up and telling all those freaks out there,"hay, my grandpa-in-law, just had his birthday give him a big internet hug."
oh and dont we all love those compromise pictures that look like innocent teens fooling around and having fun, but then, oh my, you get wise and say "im proud to be in the Family". dosent that give the Family such a good name.
"Oh yeah i no all about the Family theyre always posting pictures of girls in bikinis, and what they call "teen game night", Hot shit, haha."

Lets just say this. i wouldn't put it far from God to send a wave of consequence in the form of Bad Publicity. (i am not even in the Family and never have been, evrything i know about you i learned from the internet)

Have you no respect for the dead?! This is a eulogy, spew your anxiety somewhere else.

It's funny to me when people get snobby about "time wasting" - as though they were especially commissioned to patrol the universe. Certainly they themselves must never! ever! "waste time." And of course blogging is always wasting time, it couldn't possibly be anything else. I'm so glad that everything is so black and white and fits so neatly in little categorical boxes - it would make it so difficult to judge other people if it weren't.

Tickles me.

Oh, BTW, I'm not in the family either.

Someone needs to get the stick outta their butt and and take some anti-self-righteousness meds.

But as far as spreading your warped and tainted opinions, go right ahead, your "holier than thou" view and expression, will drive away every single person that may have listened to you.

As for the eulogy, sorry about the Hamster.

D'artagnan was an inspiration and a mentor to me through many long and arduous office days. His little nose, his curious nature, his tiny hands and feet put a smile on my face. He will be missed.

As for mister "yours truly" (if thats your real name) you better watch your step! One day when the good lord takes you home, you're gunna have one angry rodent nipping at your heals. Hamsters don't take kindly to party poopers who can't spell!

Hi Jason,
So sorry about D'artagnan. I'm sure he was the sweetest little hamster you could ever imagine. I'm sure you will find another little guy like him to give you the "fun time with animals" that you need.

As far as that "your's truly" guy; he sounds like those guys who would get on the CB at night & talk all their shit. They only did it at night, because they were too big of a coward to talk during the day when we might have found out what truck they were driving. (For those who don't know, I drove an 18 wheeler for almost 5 years). People like that are just so utterly stupid it isn't funny. They don't have a clue what life is all about, they just have a big mouth, & love to spout off.
I like your short hair, Jason, I cut mine the same way. You guys are such a cute pair. Julia is a sweetie pie.
We love all the pictures, keep it up.
Hugs & Kisses,
Dad
