Forsaken--The Passion of The Christ

This is my first creation with my new purchased copy of Vegas 9. The soundtrack features a song called "Forsaken" produced by a Christian metal band name As I Lay Dying and the video clips have been taken from Mel Gibson's "The Passion of The Christ". If you don't speak metal you can find the lyrics for the song here

This is a project that was inspired by the song that it features. The chorus of the song says: "I know you are the one we left behind yet somehow we are the ones who are alone", and this is sort of the theme of the video.
I wanted to express that we all have had our part in the killing of Christ and we have denied him like Peter did, through apathy, through weakness, through deliberate ignorance, through our vices, through our love of this world we have obstructed his "good infection" and have helped to kill the goodness that he introduced to this world. I wanted to give a sense of what a dark and hideous thing it is that we've done.
So without further adieu I present to you my video.
Keep in mind that The Passion of The Christ is an R rated film because of its graphic violence. This video does contain strong graphic violence as well and is not suitable for some audiences.

P.S. I've already finished my third post on The Law of Love and will be posting it early next week.

Wow! You did an incredible job putting that together and it definitely gets the point across and left me feeling very humbled and honored and ashamed in some ways and convicted.
I've been reading through your posts about Christian marriage and am very impressed with your writing, you did a great job, it was very well explained and I like how you would give simple examples to back up your explanations.
I have joined a Bible study group and am amazed at how many things I didn't know or had been taught incorrectly because I didn't know the history, meanings, or background, only one verse.
I'm looking forward to learning more, Keep Writing.
Lots of love to Clara.

Thank you Becca, I'm glad that you enjoyed it. And good for you for joining a Bible study, that sounds promising; It's good to hear about people devoting themselves to understanding more about the Bible.
